Q: When do we ship?

A: Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Then we ship your order out from our warehouse. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery.

Shipping time line:

  • We ship out your order:
    • Thailand order - it takes about 1 - 5 days by domestic courier
    • International order - it takes about 3 - 10 days in Asia zone, the rest of the world can be 7 - 20 days

*We will always send you the tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel.

Q: How do we charge for delivery?

A1: For Thailand customers, we delivery it for free every order.

A2: For customers in the following countries can get free shipping offer for minimum purchase at THB 1,500

If the purchase amount is less than THB 1,500 the shipping cost is THB 200

Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam

A3: For customers in the following countries can get free shipping offer for minimum purchase at THB 2,000

If the purchase amount is less than THB 2,000 the shipping cost is THB 300

Australia and New Zealand

A4: For customers in the following countries can get free shipping offer for minimum purchase at THB 2,500

If the purchase amount is less than THB 2,500 the shipping cost is THB 350

Canada, Mexico, United States

A5: The rest of the world, the shipping cost is THB 660

Q: How can we track the shipment?

A: After the package is sent to the courier, we will send you the tracking number by email.

Q: How can we contact the shop?

A: Fastest is by sending an email to piya@native-habitat.com we will get back to you asap.

Q: Do you have a waranty?

A: Within 3 months, if the bag gets damaged from the usage, you can send us the details along with a few pictures then we can consider sending the new one for you. However, we can't guarantee that the new piece we would send you will be exactly the same piece that you originally bought. Since the product is handmade with limited production of each pattern for the fabric. We apologize that we can't compensate with the cash refund.

Q: If I'm not happy with the product, can I return or exchange?

A: We are sorry if you're not happy with our product. You can inform us within 7 days after receiving it. (checking from the courier's tracking portal) to return product and get the refund, we have to consider case by case. We might be able give a full or partial refund, depends on the reasons of returning and condition of the item.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days from the date you receive the product, we will fully or partial refund the cost of your order, depends on the reason and condition of the returned goods.
